Offer Eligibility
1. Minimum amount of each transaction should be Rs. 1000
2. Offer can be availed 1 time during the campaign validity
3. Offer applicable for only those users whose Sign Up Date on or after 09/15/2018
4. Offer is applicable only on making payment on AJIO using Paytm wallet
5. Whole amount must be paid from Paytm wallet. If money is added from other pay modes during the transaction, it will not be counted.
Offer Duration
6. On your first transaction, the offer will be unlocked. You need to activate the offer within 3 days to participate in it.
Process of offer activation
7. After your payment on AJIO, you will get an option to participate in the cashback.
8. Alternatively, after your payment on AJIO, you will get a push notification to activate the offer.
9. You need to activate the offer from 'My Offers' in the 'Cashback Offers' section on Paytm App.
10. You need to complete 1 payment within 3 days to earn Upto ₹500 cashback (if you are transacting first time on Paytm, newly registered on Paytm app)
11. You need to complete 1 payment within 3 days to earn Upto ₹500 cashback (New on AJIO through Paytm)
Rewards
12. Each reward will be received within 15 days of completion of transaction on which the reward is eligible.
13. If you have not completed your KYC, or have breached your monthly wallet limit, instead of cashback, you will receive goldback (inclusive of 3% GST)
14. Paytm reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
15. This Promotion is of Paytm and terms and condition of Paytm is applicable and AJIO is just the medium for implementing the Paytm cashback offer
16. Participation to this offer is purely voluntary
Other Terms and Conditions
17. AJIO shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for non-receipt of cashback. AJIO do not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of cashback.
18. Customer shall have no right to make any demand or grievance regarding the benefits of Offer and cash back to AJIO
19. Any dispute with regard to Product liability, guarantee, warranty and quality of the Products to be purchased under the Offer shall be addressed to the respective Manufacturer/ Brand Owner and AJIO shall not be held responsible for the same. The guarantee and warranty of the Products shall be transferred, as received from the respective Manufacturer/Distributor.
20. Purchases made before or after the Offer Period shall not be eligible for any benefit under this Offer.
