CITI CARDS INSTANT DISCOUNT OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Instant Discount Offer (defined below) is a promotional offer administered and offered by Axis Bank (which currently owns Citi branded Credit and Debit Card division) in partnership with CITI Cards and Reliance Retail Limited (“AJIO”) on www.Ajio.com (“AJIO Website”) and on AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”) (collectively referred to as “AJIO Platform”), for the sale of specified products displayed on the Platform (“Specified Products”).

1. PERIOD:

This Instant Discount Offer shall commence on 27th October 2023 at [00:00:00 Hrs], and continue until 5th November 2023, [23:59:59 Hrs] or such other date and/or time as may be determined by AJIO (“Term of the Offer”).

2. ELIGIBILITY:

This Instant Discount Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the offer start date.

Each AJIO customer (“User”) should have a valid phone number and e-mail address.

3. OFFER:

The Cardholder shall be eligible to avail the Offer only if the Cardholder fulfils the below conditions:

a. Cardholder makes payment for purchase of the Specified Products using the Selected Citi Credit & Debit Cards as may be determined by the Company and/or Bank from time to time; and

b. The total value of a single order for purchase of Specified Products on the Platform is equal to or greater than INR 3500, after taking into account all applicable discounts, if any.

c. The Offer is not applicable of purchasing of Gold and Silver Coins & Jewellery on the Platform.

d. In case of order cancellations/returns where this Offer was availed, the value of discount availed on such cancelled/returned orders will not be available to be availed again on other transactions during the Offer period.

Upon purchasing Specified Products in accordance with the above, eligible Cardholder shall receive an instant discount of flat 10%, subject to a maximum of INR 1000, on making payment using Citi credit and debit cards

(For clarity, the maximum instant discount that can be availed under this Offer is INR.1000 on Citi credit and debit cards).

4. OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Offer can be availed multiple times per Selected Citi Credit & Debit Cards but the maximum discount is capped at Rs. 1000 during the entire Term of the Offer and the value of a single order should be INR 3500 and above to be eligible for the Offer. The total discount availed cannot exceed INR 1000 per Selected Card during the entire Term of the Offer.

2. The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by the Company and/or Axis Bank/Citi Cards including its partners.

3. The maximum discount that can be availed under this Offer is INR 1000 on a Card.

5. Company reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the Cardholder without any prior notice to the Cardholder.

6. The Offer shall also be subject to such additional terms and conditions as the Company may notify from time to time.

7. Participation to this Offer is purely voluntary.

8. This Offer is for a limited period and can be withdrawn by the Company at any point of time, including after it has been announced.

9. Company does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of this Offer. Maximum liability of Company is limited only to the value as agreed under the Agreement.

10. Offer is subject to discontinuation or revocation in cases of fraudulent/ suspicious transaction or if there are any technical glitches or force majeure conditions as determined solely by Company and may disqualify any Cardholder from getting the benefits of this Offer.

11. Company will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage, which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Offer including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the Card Holder that is caused by:

I. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Offer;

II. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of discount;

III. any other events beyond Company's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the Cardholder.

12. Company (including employees, directors) shall not be liable or held responsible for any inactivated Card, any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the internet, telecom, sms and email service providers.

13. Cardholder hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Company harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Company as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms and conditions by the Cardholder; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the Cardholder’s part.
