Terms Conditions for Reliance Top Shopper Program – Early Access
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before entering the Reliance Top Shopper Program (“Program”) being organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on www.AJIO.com (“AJIO Website”) and on co and responding mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively called “Portal”.
This Program is being made available purely on a “best effort” basis. All customer purchasing specified AJIO categories of products (“Specified Products”) on the Portal (“AJIO Customer”/ “You” / “Your”) agrees that their participation in this Program is completely voluntary and by participating in this Program, he/ she will be bound by these Program Terms and he/she acknowledges to satisfy all the Program related eligibility requirements as mentioned herein below. By participating in this Program, You are deemed to have accepted these Program Terms.
These Program Terms are in addition to the Portal Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy, as may be applicable, to which You agree by using the Portal. To the extent the Portal Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy are inconsistent with these Program Terms, these Program Terms will prevail with respect to this Program only.
SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. PROGRAM PERIOD:
This Program will go live on 26th February, 2024 at 18:00 hrs (“Program Start Date”) and will end on 29th February, 2024 (“Program End Date”) at 18:00 hrs ( “Program Period”), the duration within which the purchases by various AJIO Customers shall be considered for the purpose of this Program (limited to the below “Program Time-slot”).

2. ELIGIBLE PURCHASE:
Any purchase of Specified Products made by AJIO Customers on the Portal during the Program Period which are successfully delivered and are not cancelled, returned, exchanged or rejected will be considered as eligible purchases under this Program (“Eligible Purchase”). Any purchase of products made by AJIO Customer before or after the Program Period will not be considered as Eligible Purchase under this Program.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
- This Program is open to all AJIO Customer who are individual legal residents of the Republic of India and aged 18 or above on the Program Start Date.
- Each AJIO Customer shall be a registered user on the Portal and should have a valid phone number and e-mail address.
- Eligible Purchases made by AJIO Customer should be for personal use as end-customer.
- AJIO Customers making Eligible Purchase for resale purpose, shall be disqualified from this Program.
- Reliance Employees and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same households of such Reliance Employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in this Program.
- All decision with respect to above mentioned eligibility criteria solely rest with Reliance and decision of Reliance in relation thereof is final and binding on all Reliance Employees participating in this Program.
- Reliance reserves the right to disqualify the Eligible Top Shopper account if it is discovered that the participant’s account is linked to other multiple eligible accounts through name, address, phone numbers, email id or location, thereby treating it as a tortious activity.
- The Eligibility for rewards will be established on the basis that the 'Net Order Value' in each Reward Slot surpasses the Reward Value.
- Reward eligibility does not extend to Precious Stone / Metal Purchasers: (Jewellery, Coins, Idols) as designated by Reliance.
4. WINNER:
- Amongst all the AJIO Customer participating in this Program, winners will be selected for this Program basis the highest Net Order Value (“NOV”) of Eligible Purchase(s) made by such AJIO Customer within the Program Time-slot during the Program Period (“Winner”) post any cancellations or returns, provided however, such cancellation or return, if any, shall be done within a max of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery (“Purchase Return Window”).
- The Winner under this Program will be announced after 30 days from Program End Date (“Winner Announcement Day”).
- The Winner shall provide written consent to Reliance to tag his/her social media account from the official social media handles of Reliance.
- If there is a tie amongst 2 (two) or more AJIO Customer who made the same NOV of Eligible Purchase(s), then the AJIO Customer who made the NOV of Eligible Purchase at an earlier time will be declared as Winner under this Program.
- For the purpose of this Program Terms, NOV shall be calculated based on the gross purchase value minus/less any cancellations or return in relation thereof.
5. TERMS OF REWARD:
- Program Winners shall receive the Reward within 60 (sixty) days post completion of the Purchase Return Window of the last Eligible Purchase made by the Winner during the Program Period.
- Only 1 (one) Reward will be awarded to each Winner under this Program
- Reliance cannot be held responsible in case the Program Winner is non-responsive to communication from the Reliance personnel and thereby failing to redeem the Reward.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- All matters related hereto (including interpretation of these Terms by Reliance) shall be final and binding.
- The Program is open only for AJIO Customers who have successfully placed an order on the Portal either prepaid or cash on delivery mode and upon the AJIO Customer making the relevant payments.
- Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the AJIO Customer(s) without prior notice.
- This Program is for a limited period, as mentioned above and can be withdrawn by Reliance at any point of time, including after it has been announced.
- The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise in part or full.
- The Program cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by Reliance on the Portal.
- The shopping value calculation can be based on the combination of multiple purchases under a single AJIO Customer account.
- In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the Reward and disqualify any AJIO Customer from getting the benefits of this Program.
- Reliance does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the Reward. Particularly, Reliance will not be liable for, any product or quality related issues, or similar claims made by the AJIO Customers and the same shall be directed to the manufacturer of the Reward.
- In no event will Reliance or its affiliates, directors, employees or agents be liable to You or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages of any kind whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, arising from or are in connection with: (1) Your participation in this Program and Your use of the Rewards under this Program even if You have been advised of the possibility of such damages; or (2) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Program; or (3) the allocation or enjoyment of Reward; or (4) any other events beyond control of Reliance that may cause the Program to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, any participants of this Program.
- Reliance does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
- Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Program including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the AJIO Customers that is caused by:
- technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Program;
- any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of Reward;
- any other events beyond Reliance's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the AJIO Customer.
- Any complaints regarding the Program need to be raised to customer care on https://www.ajio.com/selfcare within 60 (sixty) days from the Purchase Return Window of the last Eligible Purchased made by the AJIO Customer during Program Period. Reliance shall not be responsible to address any customer complaints in relation to this Program after the expiry of the above-mentioned timeline.
- AJIO Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the AJIO Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the AJIO Customers part.
- AJIO Customer agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Program.
- Failure by Reliance to enforce any of these Program Terms in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any rights or remedies available to Reliance under the applicable laws and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. All rights not expressly granted herein are hereby reserved by Reliance.
- This Program and all accompanying materials in relation to this Program are copyright of Reliance. All rights reserved.
- This Program Terms is an electronic record issued under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. These Program Terms are legally binding agreement between You and Reliance.

- any other events beyond Reliance's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the AJIO Customer.
- Any complaints regarding the Program need to be raised to customer care on https://www.ajio.com/selfcare within 60 (sixty) days from the Purchase Return Window of the last Eligible Purchased made by the AJIO Customer during Program Period. Reliance shall not be responsible to address any customer complaints in relation to this Program after the expiry of the above-mentioned timeline.
- AJIO Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the AJIO Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the AJIO Customers part.
- AJIO Customer agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Program.
- Failure by Reliance to enforce any of these Program Terms in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any rights or remedies available to Reliance under the applicable laws and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. All rights not expressly granted herein are hereby reserved by Reliance.

- This Program Terms is an electronic record issued under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. These Program Terms are legally binding agreement between You and Reliance.
