Terms and Conditions for Reliance Top Shopper Program - Event Level 

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before entering the Reliance Top Shopper Program (“Program”) being organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on www.AJIO.com (“AJIO Website”) and on corresponding mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively called (“Platform”). The customer agrees that, by participating in this Program (“AJIO Customer”) will be bound by these Terms and acknowledges to satisfy all the Program eligibility requirements as provided herein below.  

PERIOD:  

  • This Program will go live on 16th September, 2022 at 12:00 (“Program Start Date”) and will end on 25th September 2022 (“Program End Date”) at 23:59 (“Program Period  
  • Any purchases made before or after the Program Period will not be considered while deciding the winners of this Program. Additionally, purchases during a particular Program Time-slot shall not be considered for evaluating winners in any other subsequent Program Time-slot.  

ELIGIBILITY:  

  • This Program is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Program Start Date.  
  • Each AJIO Customer shall be a registered user on the Platform and should have a valid phone number and e-mail address.  
  • Participation in this Program is purely voluntary.  
  • For participating in this contest, the AJIO Customer must place an order of the highest value as specified on the Platform and the purchases must be made during the relevant Program Time-slot.  
  • Only AJIO Customers who are end customers making a purchase for their personal household use shall be eligible for the Rewards. AJIO Customers making purchases for the purpose of resale of products (as may be determined by Reliance), shall be disqualified from earning a Reward under this Program.  
  • The purchases made should not have been returned, exchanged, or cancelled for 30 (Thirty) days from the time of purchase (“Purchase Return Window”)  
  • Reliance shall not charge any amount for participation in this Program.  
  • Reliance cannot be held responsible in case a customer is non-responsive to communication from Customer care and thereby failing to redeem the reward  
  • Any complaints regarding the event need to be raised to customer care within 60days from the return window of the last purchased item by the customer during the event and beyond which Reliance will not accept responsibility for customer queries.  

 

PRIZES:  

  • Top three AJIO Customers who has placed orders of the highest net value (value post returns, cancellations and exchanegs) as specified on the Platform during the Program Period (“Program Winner”) will become eligible to win rewards (“Reward”). In the event there are multiple AJIO Customers with the highest purchase order value on the Platform, the AJIO Customer who has made the earliest purchase shall be deemed the Program Winner.  
  • The Program Winner will receive a call from the Platform customer care to collect information regarding the size in case the Reward is an apparel/shoes and to obtain the written consent of the Program Winner to tag his/her social media account from the official social media handles of Reliance.  
  • Post completion of 45 (forty-five) days from the date of the last exchanged product is delivered, Reliance will send the Reward to the Program Winner.  
  • AJIO Customer shall not be eligible to win a Reward more than once during the Program Period.  

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  

  • All matters related hereto (including interpretation of these Terms) shall be final and binding.
  • AJIO Customers’ names appearing on the leader board does not guarantee a Reward.
  • The Program is open only for AJIO Customers who have successfully placed an order on the Platform either prepaid or cash on delivery mode and upon the AJIO Customer making the relevant payments.  
  • AJIO Customers’ names appearing on the leader board does not guarantee a Reward.  
  • All matters related hereto (including interpretation of these Terms) shall be final and binding.  
  • Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent Terms and Conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the AJIO Customer(s) without prior notice.  
  • This Program is for a limited period, as mentioned above and can be withdrawn by Reliance at any point of time, including after it has been announced.  
  • The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise in part or full.  
  • The Program cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by Reliance on the Platform.  
  • The shopping value is calculated at an order level and it cannot be combined using multiple purchases under a single user account.
  • In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the Reward and disqualify any AJIO Customer from getting the benefits of this Program.

  • Reliance does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the Reward. Particularly, Reliance will not be liable for, any product or quality related issues, or similar claims made by the AJIO Customers and the same shall be directed to the manufacturer of the Reward.

  •  Reliance does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

  • Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Program including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the AJIO Customers that is caused by:  
  1. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Program;  
  2. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of Reward;  
  3. any other events beyond Reliance's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the AJIO Customer.  
  • Any questions, comments, or complaints in relation to this Program will be entertained by Reliance only during the Program Period at https://www.ajio.com/selfcare.  
  • AJIO Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the AJIO Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the AJIO Customers part.  
  • AJIO Customer agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Program.
