Terms and Conditions for AJIO Big Bold Sale Fastest 1000 Program
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before availing the AJIO Fastest 1000 program (“Program”) being organized and administered by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on www.ajio.com (“AJIO Website”) and on corresponding mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively called (“Platform”). The customer on the Platform (“AJIO Customer”) agrees that, by participating in this Program, AJIO Customer will be bound by these Terms and acknowledges that AJIO Customer shall satisfy all the Program eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
PERIOD:
This Program will go live on 10th December 2021, 12:00 AM (“Program Start Date”) and will end on 19th December 2021 (“Program End Date”) at 23:59 hrs (together “Program Period”)
ELIGIBILITY:
1. This Program is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Program Start Date.
2. Each AJIO Customer shall be a registered user on the Platform and shall have a valid phone number and e-mail address.
3. For participating in this Program, the AJIO Customer must have successfully made purchases above Rs. 3000/- during the Program Period. Only purchases made during the Program Period shall be considered for the purpose of this Program.
4. The purchase value is subject to returns and cancellations and purchases will be validated after 30 days from the date of delivery of the products to AJIO Customer.
REWARD:
1. The first 1000 AJIO Customers (a) who have made purchases above Rs. 3000 (Three Thousand) (“Program Winners”) shall be eligible to win a Superdry product worth Rs. 3000 (“Reward”).
2. Post 40 (forty) days of the first 1000 AJIO Customers having made purchases above Rs.3000 and such products being delivered, Reliance shall send one electronic coupon to each Program Winner, using which the Program Winners can redeem the Reward from the Platform.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. All matters related hereto (including interpretation of these Terms) shall be final and binding.
2. Participation in this Program is purely voluntary.
3. Reliance shall not charge any amount specifically for participation in this Program.
4. Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent Terms and Conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the AJIO Customer(s) without prior notice.
5. This Program is for a limited period, i.e. the Program Period and can be withdrawn by Reliance at any point of time, including after it has been announced.
6. The Reward cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by Reliance on the Platform.
7. The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed on any other merchandise.
8. In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the Program and disqualify any AJIO Customer from getting the benefits of this Program.
9. Reliance does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the Reward. Particularly, Reliance will not be liable for, any product or quality related issues, or similar claims made by the AJIO Customers and the same shall be directed to the manufacturer of the Reward.
10. Reliance does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
11. Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Program including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the AJIO Customer s that is caused by:
I. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Program;
II. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of Reward;
III. Any other events beyond Reliance's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the AJIO Customer.
12. Any questions, comments, or complaints in relation to this Program will be entertained by Reliance only during the Program Period at https://www.ajio.com/selfcare.
13. AJIO Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of
(i) violation of the Terms by the AJIO Customer;
(ii) violation of applicable laws;
(iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the AJIO Customer’s part.
14. AJIO Customer agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Program.
