AJIO GAME: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. What is AJIO GAMEZONE?
AJIO GAMEZONE will be hosted on the mobile version of www.ajio.com (“Ajio Mobile Website” & “Ajio Mobile App”) only, during the offer term. Customers will have an option to choose and participate in games available on AJIO mobile platforms ‘Game Zone’. Every game played will generate a score card and eligible winners may become eligible to win Ajio coupons that can be used to avail a certain discount
2. Who all are eligible for this offer?
All registered AJIO customers are eligible for this offer. Participants must be of 18 years of age and above. Participants must be a legal residents of India.
3. How many times can I avail this offer?
Participation in the Game is not limited, however customers can win only one coupon in each score group every day. The reward won, can be found on the ‘My Rewards’ page on the Platform and can be redeemed for selected products based on timeframes decided by AJIO.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the games (“Game”) organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) hosted on the mobile version of www.ajio.com (“Ajio Mobile Website”) and on Ajio mobile application (“Ajio Mobile App”) collectively (“Platform”) in partnership with Advergame Technologies Private Limited. Platform user (“Participant”) agrees that, by participating in the Game, Participant will be bound by these Terms and acknowledges that Participant shall satisfy all the eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
ELIGIBILITY:
1. Participant should be of at least 18 years old or above at the time of participation, and must be individual legal resident of the Republic of India.
2. Participant must a registered user of the Platform.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. All matters related hereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained on this behalf by Reliance.
2. Participation in the Game is purely voluntary.Participant upon playing the Game under ‘Game Zone’ may become eligible to win Ajio points or vouchers, collectively (“Rewards”) of certain value as defined by Reliance which can be found on the ‘My Rewards’ page on the Platform.
3. Games maybe available only on Ajio Mobile App or mobile website (www.ajio.com) and not on the desktop version of Ajio Website.
4. Use of the Rewards is subject to these Terms. By redeeming such Rewards, the Participant agrees that he/she has gone through the Terms and the Privacy Policy available at https://www.ajio.com/privacypolicy and agrees to the same.
5. Ajio points and vouchers shall be redeemable on the Platform on selected products within the timeframe decided by Reliance.
6. Ajio points shall get credited to Ajio Wallet (See Ajio Wallet T&Cs for reference).
7. The Game is managed and operated by Advergames Technologies Private Limited (a third party) and is hosted on the Platform.
8. Reliance may change, modify, amend, or update the Terms from time to time without prior intimation.
9. Game is for a limited period and can be withdrawn by Reliance at any point of time, including after it has been announced.
10. Participation in the Game is not limited, but the Rewards may be limited as determined by Reliance.
11. The Rewards won cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
12. The Rewards won cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by Reliance on the Platform.
13. If the Participant misplaces the Rewards, Reliance shall not be responsible to reimburse, replace or refund.
14. Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Game or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent Terms at its sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the Participant(s) without prior notice.
15. In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the Game and disqualify any Participant from the benefits of this Game.
16. Reliance is not responsible for the animation or content within the Game.
17. Reliance disclaims all liability that may arise due to any violation of the applicable laws by the Participant.
19 Reliance does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
20. Reliance does not accept any responsibility for any infringement of any third party intellectual property rights caused by Participant participating in the Game.
21. Any questions, comments, or complaints in relation to this Game will be entertained by Reliance only on https://www.ajio.com/selfcare and during the period the Game is live.
22. Participant hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of
(i) violation of the Terms by the Participant;
(ii) violation of applicable laws;
(iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the Participant’s part.
23. These Terms are subject to the prevailing laws of India. All disputes shall be governed under the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Mumbai.
