Terms and Conditions for AJIO Assured Gift Program  

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before entering the AJIO Assured Program (“Program”) being organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on www.AJIO.com (“AJIO Website”) and on corresponding mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively called (“Platform”). The customer on the Platform (“AJIO Customer”) agrees that, by participating in this Program will be bound by these Terms and acknowledges to satisfy all the Program eligibility requirements as provided herein below. 

PERIOD: 

• This Program will go live on 09th Dec 2022, 12:00 AM (“Program Start Date”) and will end on 25th Dec 2022 (“Program End Date”) at 23:59 hrs (together “Program Period”)  

ELIGIBILITY: 

• This Program is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Program Start Date.  
• Each AJIO Customer shall be a registered user on the Platform and shall have a valid phone number and e-mail address.  
• For participating in this Program, the AJIO Customer must have successfully placed a single order above Rs. 4999/- (one) during the Program Period 
• Purchases made during the Program Period only shall be considered for the purpose of this Program. 
• All rewards shall be limited to 1 unit per customer during the event duration 

REWARDS: 

• AJIO Customers who have placed a single order of above Rs.4999 (four thousand nine hundred and ninety nine) may be eligible to win a product (“Reward”) worth up to Rs 5,999 (along with electronic coupons worth up to Rs 3000). 
• AJIO Customers who have placed a single order of above Rs.9999 (four thousand nine hundred and ninety nine) may be eligible to win a single Duffle bag (“Reward”) worth up to Rs 7,999 (along with electronic coupons worth Rs 3000). 
• All vouchers other than selected vouchers as determined by AJIO, will be shared with the customer on email by Reliance, 24-48 hours from the time of purchase  
• The electronic coupons not provided to the customer within 24-48 hours of purchase, will be dispatched to the AJIO Customer to their registered email ID provided at the time of registration on the Platform post 40 (forty) days of the eligible order being delivered to the AJIO Customer using which they can redeem the Reward from the Platform. 

• All rewards will be dispatched on email / SMS subject to the net value being above Rs 4999/- or 9999/- after January 15th 2023 or post end of return window (whichever comes later), after considering returns, cancellations and exchanges. 

Date and timeframe when this will be run : Dec 9th 12:00 AM to Dec 22nd 11:59 PM 

Other Terms and Conditions 

• All matters related hereto (including interpretation of these Terms) shall be final and binding. 
• Participation in this Program is purely voluntary. 

• Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent Terms and Conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the AJIO Customer(s) without prior notice.  
• This Program is for a limited period, i.e. the Program Period and can be withdrawn by -Reliance at any point of time, including after it has been announced. 
• The Reward cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by Reliance on the Platform. 
• The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed on any other merchandise.  
• In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the Program and disqualify any AJIO Customer from getting the benefits of this Program.  

• Reliance does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the Reward. Particularly, Reliance  will not be liable for, any product or quality related issues, or similar claims made by the AJIO Customer and the same shall be directed to the manufacturer of the Reward.  
• Reliance does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries. 
• Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Program including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the AJIO Customer that is caused by: 

1. 1. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Program; 
   2. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of Reward; 
   3. Any other events beyond Reliance's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the AJIO Customer. 

• Any questions, comments, or complaints in relation to this Program will be entertained by Reliance only during the Term at https://www.ajio.com/selfcare.  
• AJIO Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the AJIO Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the AJIO Customer’s part. 
• AJIO Customer agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Program.
