1 What is SBI Card Offer?
SBI Card Offer is brought to you by AJIO.com in collaboration with SBI. You can avail a cashback of 5% (Maximum of Rs. 500 /-) upon making a minimum transaction of Rs. 2499/- using your SBI Credit Card. ** Offer Applicable on Select SBI Credit Cards excluding SBI Corporate Card. Please contact your bank for more details.
2 What is the duration of the offer?
This offer is valid from 12th August 12:00 AM and 15th August 11:59 PM. This offer is applicable only once per Card during the offer period.
3 When will I get the cashback?
Your cashback will be credited to the same account used to pay for the order after 60 days from the end of SBI Cashback Offer.
4 What will happen to my cashback if I cancel my order fully or partially?
If you fully cancel your order, you will not qualify for cashback on that order.
In case of partial cancellation, if the order total reduces below Rs. 2499, you will not qualify for cashback on that order.
However, in both case where you were not able to avail the offer, you can place a fresh order with a minimum transaction value of Rs. 2499 and avail the cashback.
5 What will happen to my cashback if I return my order?
In case you return all or part of the Products purchased such that the value of their order falls below INR 2,499, you will not eligible for the cashback offer.

SBI 500 Cashback Offer
1 .The SBI 500 Cashback Offer is a promotional offer made by SBI Card and Payment Services Private Limited (“SBI”) in partnership with AJIO (“SBI 500 Cashback Offer”), for the sale of specified products displayed on the Platforms (“Specified Products”).
2 .The SBI 500 Cashback Offer will commence on 12 August 2019, and continue until 15 August 2019, or such other date on which the SBI 500 Cashback Offer is revoked by AJIO (“Term of SBI 500 Cashback Offer”).
3 .Users will be eligible to avail the SBI 500 Cashback Offer only if:
(a)Users make payment for purchase of the Specified Products using select SBI credit cards (other than corporate credit cards), as may be determined by SBI; and
(b)the total value of a single order for purchase of Specified Products on the Platforms is equal to or greater than INR 2,499, after taking into account all applicable Discounts.
4 .Upon purchasing Specified Products in accordance with paragraph 4.1.3 above, eligible Users will receive a cashback of 5% (up to a maximum of INR 500) (“SBI Cashback Amount”) in their SBI credit card, within 60 days from the date of expiry of the Term of SBI 500 Cashback Offer.
5 .The SBI 500 Cashback Offer may be availed only once by each User during the Term of SBI 500 Cashback Offer.
6 .The SBI 500 Cashback Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by AJIO or SBI.
7 .If Users who have availed the SBI 500 Cashback Offer return all or part of the Specified Products purchased by them on the Platforms such that the value of their order falls below INR 2,499, they will not be eligible to receive the SBI Cashback Amount.
8 .In case of any returns of the Specified Products purchased by the Users under the SBI 500 Cashback Offer, AJIO will have the sole discretion to decide whether the SBI Cashback Amount will be credited to Users. The decision of AJIO in this regard will be final.
9 .If Users have any issues with availing the SBI Cashback Amount, Users may contact SBI at feedback@sbicard.com, and AJIO at customercare@ajio.com
10 .SBI may, at its discretion, modify the terms of the SBI 500 Cashback Offer at any time, and without any intimation to Users.
11 .AJIO reserves the right to modify the terms of the SBI 500 Cashback Offer, or discontinue the SBI 500 Cashback Offer at any time without assigning any reasons, and without any prior intimation to the Users.
12 .The SBI 500 Cashback Offer shall also be subject to such additional terms and conditions as SBI may notify from time to time.
