This promotional Jupiter Flat 150 cashback offer (“Offer”) is sponsored, organized and administered by Amica Financial Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Jupiter”) with Reliance Retail Limited (“AJIO”) on www.AJIO.com (“AJIO Website”) and on AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively (“Platform”), for the sale of specified products (“Specified Products”) displayed on the Platform

ELIGIBILITY:

1. This Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Contest Start Date and all users who make a transaction using Jupiter UPI & Jupiter UPI with a RuPay Credit Card will be eligible for this offer.
2. Each AJIO customer (“User”) must have a valid phone number and e-mail address.
3. Participation in this Offer is purely voluntary.
4. The Offer is valid for selected Users only.

OFFER:
Make purchases worth INR 199 (One hundred and ninety nine) or more on either AJIO Website or AJIO Mobile App using Jupiter UPI with a RuPay Credit Card and become eligible to get a cashback as Jewels of INR 150.

PERIOD:
Participation in this Offer will be valid from 01^st April 2026 commencing at 00:00 until 30th April 2026 until 23:59, or until such other date and time on which the Offer is revoked by AJIO (“Offer Term”)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The Offer is valid on all transactions on the AJIO app or website made using Jupiter UPI or Jupiter UPI with a RuPay Credit Card will be eligible for this offer.
2. The cashback will be disbursed by Jupiter in the form of Jewels on the Jupiter app.
3. This Offer is applicable only to new users transacting via Jupiter UPI on the Platform.
4. This Offer is a limited period Offer and can be withdrawn by AJIO or Jupiter at any point of time.
5. To be eligible for this Offer, User needs to make a minimum purchase worth Rs. 199 or more.
6. Valid only for users who download Jupiter app, create an account and complete their first successful transaction via Jupiter UPI linked to any RuPay Card on AJIO.
7. For receiving Flat ₹150 cashback, the user must complete a successful transaction using a RuPay Credit Card linked to Jupiter UPI.
8. The Offer is applicable only once per user during the Offer period.
9. Cashback will be credited in the form of Jewels on the Jupiter App within the timeline specified in the campaign communication.
10. In case the order is cancelled or is undelivered from AJIO’s end, AJIO (not Jupiter) will initiate a refund and the amount will be credited back to your account within 7-10 business days. AJIO is solely responsible for order fulfilment/refunds.
11. If the User does not receive the Cashback, he/she can claim it by reaching out to User care from “Help” section on Jupiter app.
12. Any questions, comments, or complaints in relation to this Offer will be entertained by AJIO only during the Term at https://www.ajio.com/selfcare
13. Jupiter reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the User(s) without prior notice to the User.
14. In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions, AJIO and/or Jupiter reserves the right to revoke the Offer at any time.
15. AJIO and Jupiter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
16. User hereby agrees to indemnify and keep AJIO and Jupiter harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by AJIO as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms and Conditions by the User; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the Users part.
17. This Offer is also subject to the terms and conditions of Jupiter that are available on the Jupiter mobile application and website, collectively, “Jupiter General Terms”. The Jupiter General Terms shall govern all matters relating to user Jupiter account, Jupiter UPI, Jewels accrual, redemption, expiry, and any other operational or usage aspects not expressly covered herein.
18. User agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Offer.
