Terms and Conditions of AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest

1. The AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest is a promotional digital contest wherein participants will have the opportunity to win AJIO vouchers of various denominations [except for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry]. This contest is run by Reliance Retail Limited (AJIO Division) (“AJIO”).

2. The AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest will commence on 4^th March 2022, 12:00 AM and will continue till 31st  March 2022, 11:59 PM, or such other date and time as may be decided by AJIO at its sole discretion (“Term of the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest”).

3. The AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest is open to persons above the age of 18 years only, and residing within India (“AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Participants”).

4. The AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL contest is open only to once per day, per registered user.

5. In order to participate in the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest the Contest Participants must, during the Term of the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest:

(a) Be a registered user on AJIO.com

(b) Navigate to the spin the wheel page and click on “spin”

(c) Each slice of the wheel will contain 1(one) prize and such slice will fall either in a “AJIO voucher” or “AJIO points” category.

(d) The prize under the voucher may be redeemed under the existing promotional conditions of the AJIO vouchers (https://www.ajio.com/ajio-own-sale-policy)

(e) The prize won under the AJIO points will be intimated to the user through the preferred communication mode either by mail or SMS and the user may be claimed subject to the below conditions.

1. The AJIO points should be redeemed within 07 days from the date of Credit.

2. The users can use the AJIO points during check out to avail a discount based on the amount won.

3. Any unutilized AJIO points will be revoked by AJIO post 07 days.

4. AJIO reserves the right to cancel the orders placed by Eligible Users if the transaction is found to be of fraudulent nature or due to any system error.

5. The AJIO points is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-encashable.

6. All orders for Specified Products placed pursuant to the AJIO points are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

7. AJIO reserves the right to modify the terms of the AJIO points, or discontinue the AJIO points at any time without assigning any reasons, and without any prior intimation to Users.

6. No AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest winner can transfer or assign his AJIO vouchers or AJIO points prizes to a third person.

7. The decision of AJIO in all matters relating to the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest is final and binding on the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Participants.

8. Employees, officers, directors of AJIO, and their immediate family members, advertising and promotion agencies, legal and financial advisors, subsidiaries and affiliate companies of AJIO, and all other companies associated with this AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest shall not be eligible to participate in the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest. For purposes of this AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest, "immediate family members" shall mean parents, spouses, children, siblings, in-laws and grandparents.

9. If for any reason, the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest is affected by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, rules and regulations of a social media platform or any cause beyond the control of AJIO, the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest will be cancelled, modified, suspended, or any affected entry may be invalidated by AJIO, at its sole discretion.

10. AJIO may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any submissions, and prohibit any person from further participation in this AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest in the event that a person tampers with, or benefits from any tampering or system error with the submission process or with the operation of this AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest or acts in violation of the Terms and Conditions of the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest, or acts in a disruptive manner, or with the intent to defame, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or for any other purpose which, in their assessment, hampers or disturbs the conduct of this # AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest.

11. AJIO will not enter into any correspondence, including email, SMS with any AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Participant who are not AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Winners.

12. All AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Participants accept the conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions of the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest, agree to be bound by the decisions of AJIO, warrant that they are eligible to participate in this AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest and release AJIO from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with their participation and/or entry and/or selection of AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Winners.

13. Any attempt to deliberately damage; or undermine the legitimate operation of the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest is a legal violation and, should such an attempt be made, AJIO reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for any such attempt to the fullest extent as permitted by law.

14. AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless AJIO and its affiliates, and each of its and their officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages or liability that may be asserted against or incurred by any of them at any time, in connection with entry, or participation or use of the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest, or by respective AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Participant’s breach of any agreement or warranty associated with the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest.

15. This AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest is governed by Indian law and is subject to all applicable laws.

16. AJIO and its related companies and agencies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest or the acceptance or use of the AJIO vouchers. It is clarified that the AJIO vouchers shall be accepted by the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Winner in the form and manner provided by AJIO, and AJIO shall not be liable for any loss or damage related thereto.

17. Participation in this AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest is at the sole discretion of the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Participant. Should a AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Participant not wish to continue to participate in this AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest pursuant to the prevailing Terms and Conditions of the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest as amended or interpreted, he/she may terminate participation in this AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest upon written notice to AJIO.

18. AJIO shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, epidemic, pandemic, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God, restriction on usage of any social media platform, systemic electrical, telecommunications, network or other utility failures or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

19. Neither AJIO nor any of its respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees, nor any agencies are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, human error, technical malfunction, lost/delayed data transmission, lost/delayed/misdirected mail, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failure of any telephone or other network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, or for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrect or incomplete entry.

20. The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Participant to automatically enter in the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest repeatedly is prohibited.

21. The decision of AJIO as to the interpretation of any Clause under these Terms and Conditions of the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest shall be final and binding on the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Participant.

22. If the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Participant use or access the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest from outside India, they do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of such jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions of the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest do not constitute, nor may it be used for or in connection with, any promotional activities or solicitation by anyone in any jurisdiction in which such promotional activities or solicitation is not authorized or to any person to whom it is unlawful to promote or solicit.

23. The acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest shall be deemed to have been given at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and the courts in Mumbai alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in any way relating to or concerning these Terms and Conditions of AJIO SPIN THE WHEEL Contest or any rights, duties, obligations or liabilities arising there under to the exclusion of all other courts in India.

24. This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”) and rules made thereunder as may be applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the IT Act. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
