AJIO SUPERCASH OFFER-TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before participating in the AJIO SUPERCASH Offer (“Offer”) and availing of any related Benefits (defined below) hereunder.

This Offer is a promotional campaign organized and administered by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”/ “We”) on www.ajio.com (“AJIO Website”) and its corresponding mobile applications on iOS and Android connected to the aforesaid website(s) managed and/or operated by Reliance (“AJIO Mobile App”) and is made available to Eligible Customers (defined below) on the purchase of Eligible Products (defined below) listed for sale on the AJIO Platform (defined below). The Eligible Customer agrees that, by participating in this Offer and availing of any Benefits in relation thereof, the Eligible Customer will be legally bound by these Terms, including the AJIO Platform Terms (defined below) and acknowledges that he/she shall satisfy all the eligibility requirements as provided hereinbelow to avail the Benefits of this Offer.

These Terms constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the applicable law. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. The Eligible Customer acknowledges that by participating in the Offer and availing the Benefits in relation thereof, they are deemed to have completely read and accepted these Terms as fair and reasonable, without any dispute.

DEFINITIONS: For the purposes of this Offer:

“AJIO Platform Terms” means and includes AJIO Platform Terms and Conditions available at: https://www.ajio.com/help/termsAndCondition, AJIO Platform Returns and Refund Policy available at: https://www.ajio.com/return-refund-policy and AJIO Platform Privacy Policy available at: https://www.jio.com/en-in/privacy-policy and AJIO Platform Fees and Payment Policy available at: https://www.ajio.com/fee-payment-promotion-policy.

“AJIO Platform” means AJIO Website and AJIO Mobile App referred collectively.

“Benefits” means 10 percentage of order value, capped to the Maximum Benefit Amount, that is provided as cashback (i.e. Super Cash) on AJIO Wallet of the Eligible Customer on purchase of Eligible Products on AJIO Platform during the Offer Term/ Period and such cashback (i.e. Super Cash) earned under this Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-exchangeable for actual cash, in part or full, in any manner whatsoever.

“Date of Credit” means 15 (fifteen) days after the delivery date of the Eligible Product purchased by the Eligible Customer on the AJIO Platform.

“Eligible Customer” means Individuals purchasing Eligible Products on AJIO Platform during the Offer Term/ Period.

“Eligible Products” mean products listed for sale on AJIO Platform and does not include the Excluded Products.

“Excluded Products” mean and include products listed on the AJIO Platform that are branded as H&M (Hennes & Mauritz), as well as all Jewellery (idols & coins, rings, necklaces & pendants, earrings, fashion jewellery sets, bracelets & bangles, chains, traditional jewellery, cufflinks & tiepins, pendants, silver articles, fine jewellery sets) and Tech Accessories (smartphones) irrespective of brand.

“Individuals” mean all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above with a valid phone number and an e-mail address.

“Maximum Benefit Amount” means INR 200 which is the maximum cashback (i.e. Super Cash) that can be earned under this Offer per transaction.

“Validity Period” means 60 (sixty) days from the Date of Credit.

“Minimum Purchase Requirement” means purchase of Eligible Products for a minimum cart value of ₹1,990 in a single transaction, which is required both for earning and redeeming Super Cash on AJIO Platform.

OFFER TERM/PERIOD:

The Offer will commence at [00:00:00 IST] on 1^st June 2025 (“Offer Start Date”) and shall continue until [23:59:59 IST] on 31^st December 2025 or such other date on which the Offer is revoked by Reliance at its sole discretion (“Offer End Date”). Unless the Offer is earlier revoked by Reliance at its sole discretion, the period starting from Offer Start Date until Offer End Date shall be referred to as Offer Term/ Period for the purpose of these Terms.

OFFER DETAILS:

During the Offer Term/ Period, subject to the adherence of these Terms and the AJIO Platform Terms, the Eligible Customers shall on meeting the Minimum Purchase Requirement, be eligible to earn the Benefits under this Offer on making purchase of Eligible Products on AJIO Platform and the Benefits earned hereunder is capped to the Maximum Benefit Amount. For the sake of clarity, Eligible Customers will not be eligible to earn Super Cash, if their purchase of Eligible Products on AJIO Platform does not meet the Minimum Purchase Requirement.
Subject to the Maximum Benefit Amount, the Benefits earned under this Offer will be credited to the Eligible Customer’s AJIO Wallet (available on AJIO Platform) on the Date of Credit (defined above).
Subject to the adherence of the Minimum Purchase Requirement at the time of purchase of Eligible Products on AJIO Platform, the Benefits earned by Eligible Customers under this Offer can only be used/spent/redeemed by such Eligible Customer for the purchase of Eligible Products on AJIO Platform within the Validity Period of the Benefits. After the expiry of the Validity Period of the Benefits, the unused/unspent/unredeemed Benefits earned under this Offer and available under the Eligible Customer’s AJIO Wallet will be automatically deactivated and can no longer be used/redeemed/spent. For the sake of clarity, the Super Cash earned under this Offer can only be used/ redeemed by the Eligible Customers if their order value meets the Minimum Purchase Requirement threshold.
In case of any full/partial cancellation/return of an order of Eligible Products and/or not meeting the Minimum Purchase Requirement due to any full/partial cancellation/return of an order of Eligible Products, the corresponding Benefits in the form of Super Cash which has been credited to the Eligible Customer’s AJIO Wallet for that order will be revoked and rendered inactive, making it unusable/unredeemable by the Eligible Customer.
Provided the Eligible Customer’s order value meet the Minimum Purchase Requirement threshold, the Eligible Customer can redeem the credited Super Cash Balance only up-to 10% of their order value during their subsequent purchase of Eligible Products on AJIO Platform. For example: If an Eligible Customer has ₹1,000 as their Super Cash balance and their order value is ₹5,000, then the Eligible Customer will be able to redeem ₹500 (10% of ₹5,000) for purchase of Eligible Products on AJIO Platform. For the sake of clarity, Super Cash balance cannot be earned on purchase Excluded Products nor used for purchase of Excluded Products on AJIO Platform. AJIO reserves the right to modify/change the required order value for redemption at its sole discretion without any advance notice. The order value for redemption shall be as per the rates/revised rates that are prevailing/ applicable as on the date of redemption of the Super Cash by the Eligible Customers on AJIO Platform.
Accelerated Burn at 20% - This is a limited period promotional offer running from 04^th December 2025 [16:00:00 IST] until 14^th December 2025 [23:59:59 IST]. During this period, Eligible Customers whose order value meet the Minimum Purchase Requirement, can redeem the credited Super Cash Balance up-to 20% of their order value for the purchase of Eligible Products on AJIO Platform. For example: If an Eligible Customer has ₹1,500 as their Super Cash Balance and places an order worth ₹5,000, then the Eligible Customer will be able to redeem ₹1000 (20% of ₹5,000) Super Cash for purchase of Eligible Products on AJIO Platform.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

In addition to these Terms, this Offer is also subject to subject to the AJIO Platform Terms and such other additional terms and conditions as Reliance may at its sole discretion notify from time to time. To the extent that the AJIO Platform Terms are inconsistent with these Terms, then AJIO Platform Terms will prevail unless otherwise expressly mentioned in these Terms.
Reliance does not assume any responsibilities and disclaims any and all liabilities of any kind whatsoever, for any form of network, computer or software related failures/ disruption/ breakdown, errors is software programs, unauthorised access, data breaches, and any other security breaches which may limit or prevent any Eligible Customer’s participation in this Offer or availing any Benefits in relation thereof and has no responsibility and is not liable in any manner whatsoever for any lost, delayed or misdirected entries on AJIO Platform due to any network, computer or software related delay/error/failure/ disruption/ breakdown.
Reliance shall not be responsible to reimburse, replace or refund the Benefits, in any manner, either in cash or otherwise, if the Eligible Customer is unable to use/redeem the Benefits within the Validity Period.Any questions, comments, or complaints in relation to this Offer and its Benefits will be entertained by Reliance only during the Offer Term/Period at: https://www.ajio.com/selfcare. Reliance’s interpretation of these Terms is final and binding on the Eligible Customers.
This Offer and any Benefits in relation thereof is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation to floods, fire, storm, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, epidemic, pandemic, technical snags, technical glitch, act of God or any circumstance beyond reasonable control of Reliance ("Force Majeure Events"). Reliance shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused as a result of any Force Majeure Events to the Customer participating in this Offer or availing of the Benefits under this Offer.
In the event of any occurrence of Force Majeure Event (including any instances of incorrect credit of Super Cash on purchase of Excluded Products), Reliance reserves to right to either withdraw, cancel, revoke or clawback the Offer and/or any related Benefits in relation thereof.
The Eligible Customers hereby agrees and acknowledges that Reliance may, at its sole discretion with/without any form of advance notice: (a) determine the Terms of this Offer; (b) seek further information and details with respect to the Eligible Customers transactions on the AJIO Platform for participation in the Offer and availing the Benefits in relation thereof; or (c) restrict/disqualify/blacklist the Eligible Customer participation in the Offer and availing/redemption of any Benefits in relation thereof, including cancelling any order that has been placed using the Benefits availed under this Offer, in case there is any alleged/ proved default, negligence, wilful omission, fraud (including any fraudulent/ suspicions transactions on AJIO Platform) or violation of any applicable laws and/or these Terms (including AJIO Portal Terms) on part of the Eligible Customer.
The Eligible Customer hereby agrees to fully indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of: (i) violation of these Terms by the Eligible Customers; (ii) violation of applicable laws by the Eligible Customers; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on part of the Eligible Customer.
Reliance reserves the right to determine all aspects of the Offer, and may at its sole discretion and/or due to any business exigencies and/or changes by any regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond Reliance’s control, either change, amend, modify, add, delete, remove, restrict, alter, discontinue, withdraw, cancel, revoke the Offer and/or any Benefits (including any rated/ percentage thereof) in relation the Offer, in full or in part, at any time without any advance notice to the Eligible Customers and the same shall be binding on the Eligible Customers.
Reliance reserves the right to either change, amend, modify, add, delete, remove, restrict, alter, or discontinue any portions of these Terms at its sole discretion and/or due to any business exigencies and/or changes by any regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond Reliance’s control, without any advance notice and such changes shall be made applicable when they are posted. The Eligible Customers of AJIO Platform are requested to regularly review these Terms as available on the AJIO Platform. The Eligible Customers continued participation in the Offer and availing/redeeming any Benefits in relation thereof following the changes or updates of the Terms will mean that the Eligible Customers have read and accepts the changes or revisions to the Terms and agree to abide by it, and hereby waive any right to receive any form of specific notice in relation thereof.
AJIO Customer agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any disputes/ controversy arising out of this Offer and the Terms in relation thereof.
IN NO EVENT WILL RELIANCE OR ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO ELIGIBLE CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM OR ARE IN CONNECTION WITH: (1) THE ELIGIBLE CUSTOMER’S USE OF BENEFITS UNDER THIS OFFER; OR (2) TECHNICAL PROBLEMS OF ANY KIND WHICH MAY LIMIT OR PREVENT ANY ELIGIBLE CUSTOMER'S PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFER OR USAGE OF BENEFITS AVAILED UNDER THIS OFFER; OR (3) THE ALLOCATION OR ENJOYMENT OR LOSS OF BENEFITS UNDER THIS OFFER; OR (4) ANY OTHER EVENTS BEYOND RELIANCE CONTROL THAT MAY CAUSE THE OFFER AND ITS BENEFITS TO BE DISRUPTED OR CORRUPTED OR MAY LEAD TO LOSS OF THE BENEFITS.
Failure by Reliance to enforce any of these Terms in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any rights or remedies available to Reliance under the applicable laws and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. All rights not expressly granted herein are hereby reserved by the Reliance.
During the Offer Term/ Period or Validity Period of the Benefit issued under this Offer, Reliance may exchange electronic versions of documents, data, e-mails, and other messages with the Eligible Customers using commercially available software. Further, for Eligible Customer’s benefit, Reliance may use cloud-based and other service providers, and various devices and media, to store Eligible Customer data, communicate with Eligible Customer, and perform other data handling and management related activities in connection with this Offer and Benefits issued hereunder. Such communications and media can be vulnerable to attack from viruses, malware, other destructive electronic programs, invasions of privacy, or other intrusions or breaches. Reliance undertakes reasonable and appropriate security measures and programs to protect the security of these communications and data against such threats, and to select qualified suppliers of such services. Note that Reliance’s security software may occasionally reject a communication that Eligible Customer sends, or Reliance in turn may transmit something to Eligible Customer that is rejected by Eligible Customer system, potentially resulting in delays. Reliance cannot, however, guarantee that Reliance’s communications and documents will always be virus-free or immune from such risks, and for that reason, Reliance asks for Eligible Customer consent to Reliance’s use of e-mail, cloud-based and other service providers, media, and platforms for the storage of documents and data, and to communicate with Eligible Customers and others, as described in this paragraph. Eligible Customer’s participation in this Offer and availing/ redeeming any Benefits issued hereunder confirms that consent. If Eligible Customer would prefer, despite the potential cost and inconvenience, that Reliance avoid using e-mail, cloud platforms or other similar suppliers, or that Reliance follow special instructions or utilize client-specified encryption procedures, Eligible Customer agrees to promptly notify Reliance in writing of such limitations or requirements.
